Rodents Attracted by Heat and Trash
FAIRFAX, Va. (February 13, 2014) – In cities, because of the inclement weather, trash collection may not be proceeding as normal. For some areas in New York City, this has been especially problematic as the piles of garbage are attracting rodents.
In more rural areas, it could be the garage that’s most enticing to mice. An attached garage still harbors heat that makes it more attractive to rodents than the outdoors.
