The National Pest Management Association (NPMA) just released its bi-annual Bug Barometer®, which forecasts the pest pressure across the country for the coming seasons. The general forecast for fall and winter 2018? Erratic weather events and record-breaking rainfall are likely drive high pest pressure across the continental U.S.
The Bug Barometer was formulated by NPMA entomologists who analyzed past weather patterns, current weather trends and pest biology to determine the pest pressure index this fall and winter. Learn more about the Bug Barometer here.
