Janay Rickwalder

National Pest Management Association
As Communications
and Marketing Director for the National Pest Management
Association, Janay Rickwalder is responsible for internal
communications to the NPMA’s more than 7,000 members, as well as
industry partners. Rickwalder serves as managing editor of
PestWorld, the association’s bimonthly magazine, and also manages
NPMAPestWorld.org, the
member website for the NPMA. In addition, Rickwalder reports on
industry and pest-related news for PestWorld.org.
Rickwalder also oversees marketing and communications functions
in support of NPMA events, products and services. She also offers
marketing assistance to state associations and works closely with
other NPMA departments on new business development and membership
retention.
Rickwalder has more than fifteen years of marketing experience
for associations. Previous roles include positions with the
National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies, the
International Sign Association, the National Association of Drug
Court Professionals and the Electric Power Supply Association.
Rickwalder graduated from Millersville State University of
Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in English
education.
