Termites

I need to know if you have a service for pest control, if it includes them spraying for termites unter the

same contract. I heard that under AZ Law in Tucson

they must spray free for termites. Is this correct according to LAW.

Hi Anita,

Thanks for your question. If you have a contract with a pest control company for termite protection, be sure to carefully read the responsibilities of the company and the responsibilities of the homeowner. The specifics of your contract should be spelled out.

If you do have a contract for termite work, and there are termites, the treatment should be part of the responsibility of the company, as long as the homeowner has met their responsibilities (for example, keeping moisture away, etc.).

We will not interpret individual state laws, so we recommend contacting your regulatory agency about what is required in a contract in Arizona.
