First Frost Brings Mosquito ReliefNPMA Staff

Fortunately, with colder weather comes the end of mosquito
season. A region’s
first frost is generally a good signal that mosquitoes in the
area are dead. These insects thrive during the warm, wet seasons
and can’t survive low temperatures very well.
